Biliteracidad

I  have been avidly delving into an efficient method to facilitate my bilingual children's acquisition of reading skills in both Spanish and English. While I am deeply committed to nurturing their Spanish literacy, I often ponder whether this may inadvertently impede their progress in English at school. Extensive research into optimal practices for cultivating biliteracy has yielded no tailored approach suitable for my unique circumstance. Given that I am the sole provider of Spanish instruction, residing in an environment predominantly characterized by the use of English, I aspire to strike a harmonious equilibrium in due course. Here’s a clip of the kids learning sounds and numbers in Spanish. Evan is 5years old and Ethan 4.  https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZT8BqbEyT/
